Automotive Senior Technician
Responsibilities
- Diagnostics and repair of drivability and electrical systems.
- Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
- Stay current with automotive technology through formal training.
- Aid and train technicians/mechanics in technical activities.
- Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least three of A1 – A8 within two years of employment.
Qualifications
- Valid automobile driver’s license.
- Experience in brakes and hydraulics systems, steering & suspension and alignments, general automotive maintenance & tire repair.
- Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
- Reading, writing and math skills.

Pay
Pay Range: $20.60 - $31.62
Our technicians enjoy a performance-based compensation model known as flat-rate pay.
