About the role
To build a real career in high-income sales, Royal Moore Auto Center is seeking both experienced automotive sales professionals and motivated newcomers. This is a system-driven environment designed for consistency and growth.
Responsibilities
- Work with showroom traffic, internet leads, and phone-ups
- Guide customers through a professional buying experience
- Perform vehicle presentations and test drives
- Identify needs and match the right vehicle
- Present pricing and financing clearly and confidently
- Follow up using CRM, phone, text, and email
- Build long-term relationships and repeat business
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with technology / CRM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- For Experienced Sales Professionals: Automotive sales experience, strong closing and communication skills, ability to follow a structured sales process, professional, customer-first approach
- For Entry-Level Candidates: Competitive, self-motivated mindset, coachable and eager to learn, strong people skills and work ethic

Pay
$70,000 – $175,000+ annual income potential, with top performers earning $100K+
Schedule
Full-time, 8–10 hour shifts, weekend availability required
