What You'll Do
- Maintain the appearance of the showroom, vehicle displays, and dealership lot
- Wash, clean, fuel, and prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for display and customer delivery
- Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership, service department, storage lots, and customer pickup areas
- Pick up and deliver vehicles for customers when needed
- Absorb and arrange inventory to maintain an attractive and organized lot
- Perform basic vehicle preparation, including checking fuel levels, batteries, fluids, and tire pressure
- Keep the lot clean, organized, and free of debris
- Assist with dealership errands and special projects as assigned
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure vehicles are ready for test drives and deliveries
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (plus)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
