What You'll Do

• Maintain the appearance of the showroom, vehicle displays, and dealership lot
• Wash, clean, fuel, and prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for display and customer delivery
• Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership, service department, storage lots, and customer pickup areas
• Pick up and deliver vehicles for customers when needed
• Absorb and arrange inventory to maintain an attractive and organized lot
• Perform basic vehicle preparation, including checking fuel levels, batteries, fluids, and tire pressure
• Keep the lot clean, organized, and free of debris
• Assist with dealership errands and special projects as assigned
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure vehicles are ready for test drives and deliveries
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated with great attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (plus)
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
