Automotive Sales Manager / Finance Manager - Hybrid Role

What You Will Do

• Desk and structure retail and lease deals properly.
• Support the sales team with closing, payments, lender approvals, and deal flow.
• Step into the finance office when needed and handle paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with customers, salespeople, lenders, and management.
• Help keep deals moving while maintaining a professional customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven automotive sales management experience.
• Finance/F&I experience or strong finance knowledge.
• Ability to desk deals, structure payments, and understand lender decisions.
• Strong closing and communication skills.
• Understanding of leasing, products, compliance, and paperwork flow.
• Professional appearance, good judgment, and a team-first approach.
