Sales Consultant Responsibilities
- Master Product Knowledge: Continuously build expertise in both new and pre-owned inventory, including trim levels, optional packages, and cutting-edge technologies — becoming the go-to authority on every vehicle we offer.
- Build Lifelong Client Relationships: Cultivate trust and rapport with customers to create a loyal client base that returns for future purchases and referrals.
- Lead with a Consultative Approach: Engage customers through thoughtful questions and active listening to guide them toward the right vehicle for their needs and lifestyle.
- Resolve Concerns with Care: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally using CRM tools, phone, text, and email — always aiming for timely, effective solutions.
- Deliver Exceptional Vehicle Presentations: Conduct high-quality, engaging demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle with confidence and clarity.
- Drive Referral Business: Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral opportunities.
- Thrive in Sales Situations: Learn to navigate objections with poise and persistence, turning challenges into opportunities.

- Minimum of three years of professional experience in the automotive industry.

- Flexible availability, including willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
