- Cultivate Trust and Rapport: Build lifelong client relationships by creating a loyal client base that returns for future purchases and referrals.
- Engage Customers: Guide customers through thoughtful questions and active listening to make informed decisions.
- Resolve Concerns: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally using CRM tools, phone, text, and email.
- Deliver Exceptional Presentations: Conduct high-quality, engaging demonstrations showcasing the features and benefits of each vehicle.
- Drive Referral Business: Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral opportunities.
- Lead with Poise: Navigate objections with poise and persistence, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Support Teammates: Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment by supporting colleagues in achieving sales goals.
