Automotive Sales Consultant - Recruitment

One of the largest privately owned Automotive Dealer Groups in West Tennessee is expanding its line of franchises and is seeking talented professional individuals with the ambition and aptitude to become part of the retail automotive industry. We are searching for aggressive, energetic, money-motivated individuals with positive attitudes. We will provide the tools to succeed in a fast-paced work force, with incentives and further job opportunities. You must have a Can-Do attitude to achieve targeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive
• Follow up with prospective customers via email and by phone
• Gain an in-depth knowledge of a customer’s interests to assist them with their purchase
• Follow-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

Requirements

• Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Excellent follow up skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to meet, greet and ask for the sale

Pay

• $300.00 minimum commissions
• Unit and longevity bonuses

Schedule

• Required work schedule of less than 45 hours per week
• 5 day work week
• Closed on Sundays (except last Sunday of month)
