What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and learn what matters most to them
- Help guests choose vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Explain vehicle features in a clear, helpful way
- Coincordinate test drives and guide guests through the buying process
- Respond to phone and online inquiries
- Stay connected with guests through timely, thoughtful follow-up
- Use modern technology to manage opportunities and relationships
- Continue learning through daily coaching and paid training
What You’ll Need
- Warm, confident, and comfortable starting conversations
- Motivated by goals while remaining focused on people
- Dependable, organized, and responsive
- Willing to learn and open to coaching
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and digital tools
- Committed to doing the right thing, even when no one is watching
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong people skills and a professional demeanor
- Motivation to succeed and willingness to learn (Hospitality, retail, bartending, or customer service experience translates perfectly to this role.)
