Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound digital leads through dealer website, social media, and third-party sources including Autotrader, CarGurus, CarNow, and others
- Maintain daily follow-up cadence to maximize engagement and appointment opportunities
- Handle inbound phone inquiries for new and pre-owned vehicles
- Guide customers through the buying process, start to finish
- Complete digital needs analysis and guest sheets accurately
- Become highly knowledgeable on vehicle inventory, features, packages, and technology
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Ensure customer satisfaction, drive referrals, repeat business
- Overcome objections, maintain control of the sales process
- Report daily activity, progress, and performance to Sales Management
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and perform at a high level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
- Willingness to complete pre-employment background check and drug screening
