Pay

Guaranteed annual income of at least $30,000, with an opportunity to exceed $100,000 based on performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

Sell Honda vehicles in a commission-free, non-confrontational sales environment.

Requirements

• Strong desire to succeed
• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
• Previous car sales experience is not required
• Steady work history and commitment to starting a new career
• Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships (a “people person”)
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Excellent appearance and verbal/written communication skills
• Valid U.S. Driver's license
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
