Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and guide them through the sales process
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, financing options, and dealership promotions
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
  • Follow up with potential and previous customers to build relationships and close sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
  • Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure smooth delivery of vehicles

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a positive, team-player attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
