Job Purpose

To build relationships with potential clients utilizing cutting‑edge technology, social media, and proven processes that we will train you with.

Responsibilities

• Work well with the public and communicate professionally on the phone, internet, and in person.
• Understand clients’ requirements and interests while building rapport.
• Present paperwork diligently and answer client questions.
• Provide necessary client support and follow‑up processes.
• Communicate via internet, phone, and social media with current, past, and potential clients.
• Maintain basic computer skills.
• Maintain integrity, honesty, and ethics at all times.
• Forecast, set, and meet goals.
• Apply basic understanding of marketing.
• Track market trends, industry promotions, and internal processes.
• Meet management, industry, and corporate training requirements to achieve certifications.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to listen and learn.
• Desire to succeed and grow.
• High attention to detail.
• Pass pre‑employment testing, including background check, drug testing, and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Sales background is a plus.
