We’re seeking energetic, motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are eager to develop their income and career. No prior car sales experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and assist them in finding the right vehicle
• Learn to present vehicles and explain pricing clearly
• Conduct test drives and guide customers through the buying process
• Build relationships to foster repeat business
• Follow a clear, proven sales process
• Work weekends as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid California driver’s license
• Strong communication skills
• Positive and coachable attitude
• Willingness to work weekends
• No prior car sales experience required

Pay

Base Pay: $16.50 per hour (non-exempt, hourly position)

Plus: Uncapped commissions & performance bonuses

Earning Potential: $3,000 – $10,000 per month depending on performance
