Automotive Sales Associate

Holmes Motors in Birmingham, AL, specializes in used and lease-here-pay-here car sales. Unlike the current market trend where the car retail world is facing decline due to stricter lending processes, our business is thriving. We own all of our inventory outright, which empowers us to facilitate deals that others can't. As the bank, we offer in-house financing and no-credit-check options to our customers, making car ownership accessible to a broader audience. We are looking for an enthusiastic, high energy, and positive motivated individual to join our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car buying process
• Leverage social media platforms to expand our customer base and promote our inventory
• Create daily/weekly social media content (short videos, pictures)
• Offer in-depth knowledge of our in-house financing options, including no-credit-check deals
• Work your daily leads provided, make set amount of calls and text
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals

Requirements

• Strong presence on social media platforms
• Create your own social media content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions
• Experience in sales is a plus but not required
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
• Valid driver's license

Schedule

• Full time position
• 5 days per week (closed Sunday), 1 day off during the week
