Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle
• Deliver an outstanding buying experience that creates customers for life
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across our vehicle lineup
• Possess and develop strong retail and internet sales experience
• Prospect past, current, and future customers to build your business
• Respond promptly to internet leads and customer inquiries
• Overcome objections with professionalism and confidence
• Negotiate deals while maintaining customer satisfaction and dealership standards
• Follow up consistently before and after the sale to build long-term relationships
• Bring a positive attitude every day and help us continue putting dreams in driveways!

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required
• Positive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
• Desire to build lasting relationships and earn customers for life
