Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships to create loyal, lifelong customers.
- Use consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs.
- Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales expertise.
- Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Overcome objections and thrive in dynamic sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance.
- Bring your A-game and a positive attitude every day!
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Eager to learn the ins and outs of our products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening.
