Responsibilities
- Assist customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish
- Build relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business
- Follow up with leads, phone calls, internet inquiries, and showroom traffic
- Maintain product knowledge on current inventory and vehicle features
- Work closely with management and finance departments to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Accurately complete required paperwork and CRM follow-up
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and a flexible schedule as needed
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Basic computer and CRM skills
