Automotive Sales Associate

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish
  • Build relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business
  • Follow up with leads, phone calls, internet inquiries, and showroom traffic
  • Maintain product knowledge on current inventory and vehicle features
  • Work closely with management and finance departments to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining professionalism and integrity
  • Accurately complete required paperwork and CRM follow-up

Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and a flexible schedule as needed
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Basic computer and CRM skills
