Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life.
- Aid in vehicle selection by asking pertinent questions and actively listening to customer responses.
- Act as the vehicle expert, familiarizing yourself with product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies.
- Conduct high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Manage leads, phone-ups, floor traffic, and back-up support from the Sales BDC.
- Ensure follow-up with buyers to secure referral business.
- Overcome objections and excel in sales environments.
- Regularly report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your 'A' game and maintain a positive attitude daily.
