Responsibilities

  • Greet and guide customers as they arrive on the lot.
  • Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features to customers.
  • Aid in the completion of sales applications.
  • Inspect vehicles daily to report any issues to management.
  • Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic with high energy.
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially when handling objections.
  • Strong quality customer service skills and sales track record.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections.
  • Proficient in basic business math, including percentages.
  • Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs.
  • Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic.
  • Focused on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
