Responsibilities
- Greet and guide customers as they arrive on the lot.
- Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
- Demonstrate vehicle features to customers.
- Aid in the completion of sales applications.
- Inspect vehicles daily to report any issues to management.
- Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic with high energy.
- Outgoing and friendly, especially when handling objections.
- Strong quality customer service skills and sales track record.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections.
- Proficient in basic business math, including percentages.
- Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs.
- Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic.
- Focused on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
