Automotive Sales Associate

About the role

We are a locally owned and operated single point volume domestic dealership focusing on long term relationships with our employees, customers, and the community. Our goal is to hire two professionals with or without experience who are open to training and technology.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with clients to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
• Become an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
• Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
• Support on-line clients by setting appointments
• Follow up with existing clients to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

Requirements

• Prior experience working with clients and providing an exceptional experience
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours
• Valid U.S. Driver's license
• Bi-Lingual a plus

Qualifications

Potential to make $80,000-$200,000 per year with commission and Monthly performance bonus

Paid Vacation up to 3 weeks
