Responsibilities
- Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling and product knowledge.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking relevant questions and listening to their needs.
- Continuously enhance product and sales expertise to become a vehicle authority.
- Deliver high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referrals.
- Overcome objections and handle sales situations effectively.
- Regularly report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Maintain a positive attitude and bring your best self to work each day.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Availability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Self-starter with a strong ambition.
- Willingness to quickly learn new product details and continuously improve.
- Exceptional communication skills, both with customers and colleagues.
- Professional appearance and a clean driving record.
- No history of substance use while on the job, including medical marijuana.
