Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey
• Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Communicate with potential prospects via web leads, phone leads, and store leads
• Frequent training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements

• Friendly and cooperative demeanor
• Quick to connect and build relationships with others
• Easygoing and comfortable working with others
• Persuasive with a strong drive for results
• Tolerant of uncertainty
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Good experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

The pay scale for this position ranges from $2,800 to $9,000 monthly, with top performers potentially earning six figures. The actual compensation is determined by various factors including skills, experience, and performance.

Hours are flexible and depend on the needs of the dealership, but typically involve a mix of customer interactions, training sessions, and administrative tasks.
