Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers and create clients for life
• Aid customers in finding the right vehicle through a consultative, customer-first approach
• Learn vehicle features, technology, and product knowledge to become a trusted expert
• Deliver professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Work closely with sales leadership to achieve personal and team goals
• Bring positive energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic every day

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing, and self-motivated personality
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and improve
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
