Automotive Sales Associate

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on vehicle options. Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers, highlighting features and benefits. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless transaction and customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive sales or related customer-facing roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
