Pay and Bonus Schedule

• Mini Pay:
  • New Cars: Units 1-11 pay $350 per unit. Unit 12 pays an additional $100 per unit, up to Unit 14.
  • New Cars: Units 15 and beyond pay $500 per unit.
  • Used Cars: Units 1-4 pay $350 per unit. Unit 5 pays an additional $100 per unit, up to Unit 7.
  • Used Cars: Units 8 and beyond pay $550 per unit.
• CIS Bonus: Must complete at least five surveys to qualify for $50 per survey. Failure to meet this requirement results in a $1000 fine.
• Hattrick Bonus: Sell and deliver 3 units in one day and receive $300.
• Salesperson of the Month Bonus: Must sell and deliver 15 total units and be at or above district for CSI. First place receives $500, second place receives $250.
