Sales experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Promptly and professionally respond to internet and phone inquiries
- Assist customers in identifying a vehicle that meets their needs
- Demonstrate vehicle features to customers in person and virtually
- Complete the required paperwork to assist shoppers with their purchase
- Professionally represent Holiday Automotive in the community
- Work with the team to ensure vehicles are presented exceptionally well
- Follow up with sold customers to maintain a friendly, caring relationship and ensure repeat business
Qualifications
- Proven customer service skills and sales track record
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, in-person and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections
- Proficient in basic business math
- Quick to learn and use CRM software
- Diligent work ethic and upbeat attitude
- A focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
- Good driving record

Schedule
