Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers pursuing the purchase of their new vehicle
- Ride along on test drives and answer all customer questions about vehicles and aftermarket products
- Maintain customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and videos
- Build long-term customer relationships and foster loyalty
- Ensure the lot is in prestigious condition, with all vehicles clean and positioned well for viewing
