Position Overview

Alfa Romeo and Maserati of Englewood Cliffs is seeking a highly motivated and polished Professional Sales Associate to join their elite team. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about luxury automobiles and skilled at delivering an exceptional, white-glove client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience tailored to each client
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientele
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Alfa Romeo and Maserati vehicles, features, and brand heritage
• Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and follow-ups with professionalism and attention to detail
• Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery
• Maintain CRM records and consistently follow up on leads
• Met and exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred (luxury experience a plus)
• Prominent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to deliver a high-end, client-focused experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits
