About the role

We're growing our sales team and looking for someone who's coachable, personable, and hungry to build something real. No car sales background? No problem. If you've got the drive and the people skills, we'll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Get to know our lineup of vehicles well enough to speak to them confidently
• Walk customers through a low-pressure, needs-first buying journey
• Run engaging test drives and walk-arounds that get people excited about their next vehicle
• Represent our one-price, no-haggle approach to car buying
• Stay connected with prospects and past customers via calls, texts, and thoughtful follow-up
• Make sure every delivery feels like a milestone for the customer
• Shoot quick, casual inventory videos for our website and social channels
• Get out into the Rutland community and grow your own book of business

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or a related customer-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple leads, and stay organized
• Self-motivated, goal driven, and eager to learn about automotive products and sales techniques
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Pay

• Guaranteed $1,000 per week starting salary
• Additional bonus pay outs can be earned on top of guaranteed weekly pay for new employees as well as when employees transition to our commission structured pay plan
• Earning potential based on performance and pay plan structure: $52,000-$100,000+
