Responsibilities
- Take incoming phone calls and discern the customer’s automotive needs and taking action to assure their complete satisfaction.
- Act as a surrogate in calling customers for post-sale follow-up or appointment-related concerns.
- Utilize customer relation and other related software to maintain close customer relations via phone, email, and any other means necessary to assure customer satisfaction.
- Make sure vehicles are ready to be shown for appointments or properly prepared for delivery.
- Review vehicle features with customers when necessary.
- Absorb paperwork necessary for vehicle sale and delivery.
- Prospect for additional business opportunities.
- Satisfactorily complete all training programs and assist top producers in maintaining the required customer satisfaction indexes.
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
- Hard working team player.
