Responsibilities

  • Take incoming phone calls and discern the customer’s automotive needs and taking action to assure their complete satisfaction.
  • Act as a surrogate in calling customers for post-sale follow-up or appointment-related concerns.
  • Utilize customer relation and other related software to maintain close customer relations via phone, email, and any other means necessary to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Make sure vehicles are ready to be shown for appointments or properly prepared for delivery.
  • Review vehicle features with customers when necessary.
  • Absorb paperwork necessary for vehicle sale and delivery.
  • Prospect for additional business opportunities.
  • Satisfactorily complete all training programs and assist top producers in maintaining the required customer satisfaction indexes.

Qualifications

  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Hard working team player.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
