AUTOMOTIVE SALES ASSISTANT

Lexus of Cool Springs is seeking a full‑time Automotive Sales Assistant to support the Sales Department in delivering world‑class customer service and growing the Lexus brand. This hands‑on, collaborative role is ideal for a proactive, detail‑oriented individual looking to launch or advance a career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled.
• Support the Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and prepping for delivery.
• Assist with managing and updating social media platforms.
• Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Master all features and technology of Lexus vehicles to support customer education.
• Help maintain and improve Lexus website content (e.g., feature guides, tech explanations).
• Aid Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects.
• Stay current on all Lexus training and certification.
• Uphold company standards, safety policies, and procedures.
• Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team.

• Must be at least 19 years old and able to pass pre‑employment testing (background check, MVR, drug test) and have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.

Pay

$17–$18 per hour, weekly pay.

Schedule

Full‑time position; the dealership is closed every Sunday and major holidays.
