The Automotive Sales Advisor at McKie Ford is responsible for leading customers through the car buying journey, providing exceptional guest experiences, and being an innovator in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Work with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer customized vehicle solutions
- Have personal income goals that align with business objectives
- Competitive nature, winning is extremely important to the right candidate
- Growth mentality with a want to expand and grow with our organization
- Generate and confirm appointments to build overall opportunities available
- Make outbound phone calls to follow up with guests to assist during the buying process and those who have done business in the past
- Create repeat and referral business
- Build personal brand
- Exhibit great customer service skills maintaining high customer satisfaction on Manufacturers surveys
- Strong computer & phone skills
- Adapt and be creative
- Maintain professional business attire and appearance
- High level of discipline and professionalism
- Always represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and belief in McKie Ford and the products they offer
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays (Mon-Fri 8-6 and Saturdays 8-5)
