About the role

The Automotive Sales Advisor at McKie Ford is responsible for leading customers through the car buying journey, providing exceptional guest experiences, and being an innovator in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Work with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer customized vehicle solutions
• Have personal income goals that align with business objectives
• Competitive nature, winning is extremely important to the right candidate
• Growth mentality with a want to expand and grow with our organization
• Generate and confirm appointments to build overall opportunities available
• Make outbound phone calls to follow up with guests to assist during the buying process and those who have done business in the past
• Create repeat and referral business
• Build personal brand
• Exhibit great customer service skills maintaining high customer satisfaction on Manufacturers surveys
• Strong computer & phone skills
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance
• Maintain high level of discipline and professionalism
• Always represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and belief in McKie Ford and the products they offer

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
• Prior sales experience is a plus
• Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays (Mon-Fri 8-6 and Saturdays 8-5)
