Automotive Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey
• Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Communicate with potential prospects via web leads, phone leads, and store leads
• Frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements

• A friendly and cooperative demeanor
• Quick to connect and build relationships with others
• Persuasive with a strong drive for results
• Tolerant of uncertainty
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Natural ability at building great relationships
• Natural persuasiveness
• Ability to handle details quickly, correctly, and efficiently

Skills

• Customer service experience preferred

Pay

$3,000 - $10,000 + per month

Schedule

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Saturday), with one day off during the week and every Sunday off
