Automotive SaaS Account Manager, California/Arizona

About the Role

Join our award-winning team at Affinitiv, the largest provider of end-to-end, data-driven marketing and software solutions focused on the automotive customer lifecycle. We work with over 6,500 dealerships and every major manufacturer, leveraging 20+ years of expertise. As a Subaru Care Connect Account Manager, you’ll travel within California or Arizona to support Subaru dealerships in understanding and utilizing an exclusive marketing software platform. You’ll build relationships with dealerships and the Subaru field force, ensuring program adoption and selling ongoing services.

Responsibilities

• Enroll and maintain Subaru dealers in the program.
• Inform and educate dealers on program processes and updates.
• Train dealership and Subaru personnel on software and marketing programs.
• Assist dealers in selecting and launching individual and quarterly marketing programs.
• Support and highlight program benefits during in-person and phone follow-ups.
• Act as the primary sales and support contact for the assigned geography.
• Keep the company updated on the program status of each assigned dealership.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with the OEM field force and zone management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive retail dealer/vendor sales, service, or manufacturer experience.
• Well-spoken and articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Proven track record of success and excellent employment references.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong marketing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and other Office programs.
