Location: Enfield – 25 Hazard Avenue, STE 2B, Enfield, CT 06082

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform maintenance and automotive diagnostics/repair for engine performance, automatic/manual transmissions, suspension/steering, brakes (including ABS/traction control), electrical, and heating/AC, depending on skillset and position level.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of specialized skills and continue to develop additional technical skills to enable flexibility in work assignments.

Requirements

• Ability to accurately repair vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment and provide technical guidance through previous experience as an Automotive Technician.
• Ability to lift up to a maximum of 75 lbs and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to complete satisfactory pre‑employment screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications or Car Dealership Certifications in automotive diagnostics/repairs preferred, or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire (paid for by AAA).

Pay

• A Technicians: $28.93–$40.60 hourly flat rate, includes a 30‑hour billable week guarantee.
• B Technicians: $25.81–$36.25 hourly flat rate, includes a 20‑hour billable week guarantee.
• C Technicians: $22.50–$35.00 hourly flat rate, includes a 20‑hour billable week guarantee.
• Productivity Incentive Bonus: $250–$550 bonus on each biweekly paycheck.

Schedule

Full‑time technicians work a total of 5 days each week; Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays are typically required. Sundays are off each week, with an additional weekday off depending on business needs.
