Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for multiple retail automotive repair stores and vehicle service centers.
• Translate executive and operational processes into actionable tasks at the store level.
• Lead teams of 75+ employees by recruiting, training, and directing staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate hands-on leadership by actively participating in store operations to drive success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of extraordinary management experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and access to reliable transportation.
• At least 3 references verifying a history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and a solid 50+ hour work ethic.
• Proven reputation as a top performer with unwavering integrity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
