Automotive Reconditioning Technician
About the role
Blacksmith Automotive Management is now hiring an Automotive Reconditioning Technician. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and be responsible for all phases of automobile reconditioning.
Responsibilities
- Possess skills in any of the following repairs – paint-less dent removal, wheel repair, bumper repair, wet sanding and buffing, glass repair, interior repair and chip repair.
- Safely operate various power and hand tools as well as painting equipment.
- Maintain complete and accurate work records.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Able to sit, kneel, crouch, and bend frequently.
- Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- Prior experience a plus but will train the right individual.
Skills
- Paint-less dent removal.
- Wheel repair.
- Bumper repair.
- Wet sanding and buffing.
- Glass repair.
- Interior repair.
- Chip repair.

Pay
$45,000 to $130,000 per year depending on experience
Schedule
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule
