About the role

This unique role combines front-desk reception duties with automotive sales opportunities, making it ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers as they enter the dealership and create a positive first impression. - Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally. - Assist customers with general dealership inquiries. - Maintain a clean and organized reception area. - Schedule appointments and assist with customer follow-up. - Support administrative tasks as needed. - Assist customers in finding vehicles that fit their needs and budget. - Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrations. - Follow up with leads generated through phone, internet, and dealership traffic. - Build relationships with prospective and existing customers. - Work closely with the sales team to achieve dealership goals.

Requirements

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Basic computer skills. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

No previous automotive experience is required. We provide training and support to help you succeed.
