Job Description

Best Ford is seeking a technician to assist with spray-in bedliners, undercoating applications, and paintless dent removal services. Experience in any of these areas is highly preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Apply spray-in bedliner coatings to truck beds and exterior surfaces
• Perform undercoating and rust prevention applications
• Assist with paintless dent removal (PDR) work on customer and inventory vehicles
• Prepare vehicles and work area before application (masking, cleaning, surface prep)
• Inspect completed work to ensure consistent, high-quality finish
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in safe working condition
• Follow dealership safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications

• Experience with spray-in bedliners, undercoatings, detailing, or body work is highly preferred
• Paintless dent removal (PDR) experience is highly preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn specific application processes and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Able to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
