About the role

Group 1 College Park Hyundai is seeking an Automotive Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering comprehensive product information during both sales and aftersales processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the full Hyundai vehicle lineup — covering trims, features, technology, accessories, and competitive advantages in the market
• Provide comprehensive product support at every stage of the client journey, including product presentation, test drive, delivery/handover, and post-purchase follow-up
• Address client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism, explaining complex features in a clear, client-oriented way based on individual needs
• Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with sales personnel and clients
• Actively listen to client needs, follow Group 1 Automotive's established procedures, and achieve client satisfaction objectives as set by management
• Hold yourself to high ethical standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Assist in other areas of the Sales department and perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and an exceptional work ethic
• Energetic, positive, and client-focused attitude
