Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Sales Support: Work directly with the sales team to manage and prioritize incoming internet leads. F&I opportunity also available to increase commissions.
- Ensure hot leads and same-day opportunities are handled quickly.
- Aid in follow-up efforts to increase appointment show rates and sales conversions.
- Help reactivate older leads to create new sales opportunities.
- Daily Task & Appointment Management: Review and perform daily AI-generated tasks.
- Confirm and update appointment statuses (Confirmed, Rescheduled, No Show, Sold).
- Follow up on overdue tasks to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- System & CRM Accuracy: Keep lead records clean and up to date. Ensure all call outcomes and customer updates are properly logged. Maintain accurate reporting for management.
