AI Disclosure Statement At The Boyd Group and all affiliated companies, we do not use artificial intelligence (AI) or automated tools to screen, assess, or select applicants for employment. All hiring decisions are made by real people who review each application individually. Compensation Details HOURLY $15.50 - $18.50 / Hour Supplemental Pay Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience. This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Our Commitment" about Boyd Group is EEO? It's about diversity; maybe considered EEO boilerplate. Should we remove? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate". The "Our Commitment" is about diversity and inclusion, likely EEO. So we should remove that paragraph. Also "AI Disclosure Statement" is maybe not boilerplate but could be considered legal? It's about AI usage; maybe keep? Not sure. It's not about EEO. Might keep but it's not a section heading. It's just a statement; we could keep as prose if not removed. However we might drop as it's not substantive about job. Probably safe to keep as a

but not required. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep it if it's substantive. It's a statement about AI not used; could be considered substantive. We'll keep. We need to produce sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph about company and role? The posting includes "Company: Gerber Collision & Glass Great Teams Don’t Happen by Accident Built with Intent. Driven by YOU. At the Gerber Collision & Glass, our teams work to provide the elite infrastructure and supportive environment you need to Be the Best and outperform at every touchpoint in collision and glass services. As we continue to grow and lead the industry, we ensure you have the resources and the team behind you to move your career forward. Ready to grow with a team that’s built for your success? Apply today." That's about the role/company. We can put that under About the role. - Responsibilities: The "Key Job Responsibilities" list. We'll extract bullet points. - Requirements: Education/Experience Required: High School diploma/GED preferred, Ability to multitask, Automotive experience preferred, Clear close vision required, 18 years or older, Valid Driver's license, Strong attention to detail. - Qualifications: Might overlap with Requirements; but we could treat Requirements as education/experience, Qualifications as skills/abilities? However we have separate Skills section. The posting has "Required Skills/Abilities" list: Customer Service Abilities, Positive Attitude, Trustworthy and Reliable, Willingness to learn. Also "Other Requirements" list physical demands: Pulling/Pushing, Carrying, Walking 5+, Sitting, Standing 5+, Stoop, Kneel, crouch, and/or crawl 1+, Operate a motor vehicle, Lift up to 50 pounds, Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts, Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl (duplicate). We could put physical demands under Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? Usually Qualifications are education/experience, Skills are abilities. We'll follow: Requirements = Education/Experience; Skills = Required Skills/Abilities; Qualifications maybe not needed if we already have Requirements and Skills. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (abilities). We also have Benefits, Pay. Schedule? Not mentioned except temporary position term 2 months. That could be Schedule? It's term length, not schedule. No schedule like full-time/part-time/shift. So we should not create Schedule section because no specific schedule info. Pay: we have compensation details: HOURLY $15.50 - $18.50 / Hour Supplemental Pay Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience. This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives. That's pay info. We'll include Pay section. Benefits: list provided. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We should not include Qualifications if no distinct content beyond Requirements/Skills. Could we treat Requirements as education/experience and Qualifications as skills? But we already have Skills. To avoid thin sections, we can combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education/experience and skills), Benefits, Pay. However they asked to use headings for those specific names; we can still include Skills heading if we have content. It's not thin; we have a list of skills. So we keep Skills. Thus final HTML:
