About the role
Responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers in finding parts, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Assist customers in locating the correct parts and providing recommendations.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to secure reliable part supply.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products and services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic computer literacy.
