Automotive Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate
About the role
Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their dynamic team. Ideal candidates possess exceptional customer service experience, strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Check-in parts received by the department daily
- Post receipts to the computer system
- Cook deliveries to wholesale customers
- Stock shelves and maintain bin locations
- Keep track of the details for the special-order customers
- Maintain the scraping of the warranty bin and other trash
- Keep track of returned parts for wholesale accounts
- Perform random bin counts
- Ongoing training to advance to Parts Sales Consultant
Requirements
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
- Knowledge of the pthe arts system
- Computer skills
- Customer handling skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
- Must have a valid driver's license
