About the role
The Automotive Part Sales Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently maintaining the company's sales of used auto parts. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively, as well as strong customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong customer and employee relationships
- Update new prices provided by the Sales Division Director
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales
- Perform regular daily tasks directed by the yard manager and Sales Division Director
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts sales
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in parts sales
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical demands
- Standing for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
