Responsibilities
- Aid retail, wholesale, and service department customers with parts inquiries and purchases.
- Promptly greet customers and technicians and provide exceptional customer service.
- Identify, source, and recommend the correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership software.
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments.
- Cookorate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts availability for repairs.
- Follow up on special orders and communicate status updates to customers and internal departments.
- Process returns, warranties, and core returns according to manufacturer guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred.
- GM / Chevrolet experience preferred.
- CDK experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and accessories.
- Experience with dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogs preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active environment.
