Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect automotive parts, ensuring they meet quality standards
- Organize and maintain parts inventory for easy access and efficiency
- Support technicians by providing the required parts for service and repair
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries regarding parts
- Process orders, track inventory levels, and manage returns
- Keep the workspace tidy and well-organized at all times
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of automotive parts is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and customer service proficiency
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
