Automotive Parts Advisor

About the role

Gallatin Ford & CDJR is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to support both retail and service customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts requests
• SOURCE AND ORDER PARTS EFFICIENTLY AND ACCURATELY
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
• PROCESS PARTS TRANSACTIONS, INVOICES, AND RETURNS
• HELP KEEP THE PARTS DEPARTMENT RUNNING SMOOTHLY AND EFFICIENTLY

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of automotive parts experience
• Minimum 3 years of dealership parts experience
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory processes
• Ford and/or CDJR experience preferred
• CDK experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
