Responsibilities

• Perform automotive body work as outlined on repair orders.
• Demonstrate skills in paint, prep, refinish, and buffing.
• Understand and follow Collision Center safety guidelines, comply with OSHA specifications, and wear/maintain appropriate safety equipment.
• Work with management to perform repairs based on estimated costs.
• Identify and complete repairs effectively to minimize re-work and delays in production.
• Work safely to decrease the possibility of injury to yourself or other team members.
• Adhere to Vanguard guidelines, policies, and practices, acting ethically and with integrity at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of refinish technician experience.
• ICAR Certification.
• Strong and dependable work ethic.
• Fast, eager, and a team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform tasks within target time frames.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
